We value your privacy and want to make it simple for you to manage your email subscription.
This page explains how unsubscribing works, how our confirmation process works, and what happens to your information when you unsubscribe.
Every newsletter or update email we send includes a unique unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking that link. Once the unsubscribe request is processed, your subscription status will be updated so that you no longer receive newsletter or update emails from us.
After unsubscribing, you may see a confirmation page letting you know that the process has been completed.
You may also be able to manage your subscription through the unsubscribe page on this website.
For security reasons, we may ask you to use the unique unsubscribe link included in one of our emails. This helps us confirm that the unsubscribe request is connected to the correct email address.
To help ensure that only people who truly want to receive updates are added to our mailing list, we may use a double opt-in process.
This means that after submitting your email address on our landing page, you may receive a confirmation email. Your subscription becomes active only after you click the confirmation link in that email.
If you do not confirm your email address, you may not be added to the active mailing list.
When you unsubscribe, your subscription status is updated in our system to help ensure that no further newsletter or update emails are sent to that email address.
We may retain limited information, such as your email address, email hash, unsubscribe status, unsubscribe date, and consent history, where necessary to:
Unsubscribing stops future newsletter or update emails, but it may not automatically delete all records connected to your email address.
If you would like to request deletion of your information from our database, please contact us using the contact details below.
We will review deletion requests and process them where required, unless we need to keep limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, unsubscribe-management, or record-keeping purposes.
If you believe your email address was signed up by mistake or without your permission, you can unsubscribe using the link in the email you received.
You may also contact us and ask us to review or remove the subscription record.
Unsubscribe requests made through the unique unsubscribe link are usually processed immediately.
In some cases, it may take a short time for all systems or third-party email providers to update. During that time, you may still receive an email that was already scheduled or in the process of being sent.
If you unsubscribe and later decide you want to receive updates again, you may sign up again through the landing page.
We may require you to complete the confirmation process again before your subscription is reactivated.
