How to Play Joker Poker
Upon starting the game, you will have the choice of how many hands you wish to play simultaneously, 1, 5, 10 or 25. The number of hands you play will affect the cost of each round, but regardless of how many you choose, the next stage is to set your bet per hand. This will vary depending on how many hands you play; with one hand you can bet from 0.10 up to 5, with 5 hands you can bet from 0.05 up to 5, with 10 hands you can bet from 0.02 up to 2, and with 25 hands you can bet from 0.01 up to 1. You then need to set your bet level, from 1 to 5. The higher your bet level, the greater your potential winnings, so you may wish to bet less per hand and play at a higher bet level.
After you have set your bet, click on ‘Deal’ to receive your first five cards. After the hands have been dealt, you need to select which you wish to hold and which to discard. If the initial five cards form a winning hand then they will be automatically held. However, you can change this if you wish. If you are playing with multiple hands then any cards that you choose to hold will be held across all of the hands. Next, click on ‘Draw’ to replace the cards that have not been held. You are then paid out for any winning hands.
Joker Poker Bonus Feature
The main bonus feature of Joker Poker is the inclusion of jokers in the pack. They act as wild cards and will help you to form winning hands. They also open up the possibility of a Five of a Kind hand, which is not possible without wild cards. Also, due to the presence of jokers there are two types of Royal Flush, one that involves jokers and a Natural Royal Flush (without jokers).
After any win, you can try to double or quadruple your payout with a gamble feature. If you want to try to double your payout, you need to guess if the next card drawn from a pack will be red or black. To quadruple the payout you need to guess the suit of the card. If you guess correctly then you can repeat the process, but one incorrect guess results in all winnings being lost. If you don’t want to risk all of your winnings then you can choose to gamble just half of them.
Joker Poker Payouts
Joker Poker pays out for any hand that contains at least a pair of Kings. From weakest to strongest the winning hands are Kings or Better, Two Pair, Three of a Kind, Straight, Flush, Full House, Four of a Kind, Straight Flush, Royal Flush, Five of a Kind and Royal Flush (Natural)
The size of the payout will depend on your bet level. At the first bet level, Kings of Better pays 1x, Two Pair pays 1x, Three of a Kind pays 2x, Straight pays 3x, Flush pays 5x, Full House pays 8x, Four of a Kind pays 14x, Straight Flush pays 50x, Royal Flush pays 100x, Five of a Kind pays 200x and Royal Flush pays 800x.
